At varying intervals, we may have firearms and accessories for sale. There is no set pattern as to the type of goods available. Please read the terms of business before ordering.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

  1. Unless a firearm entry begins "No FFL Req.", you must send a signed FFL with order.
  2. Payment: At this time, we can only accept money order or bank check. Drawn to R. Gussman. Payments made in favor of Grifon Inc. will be returned.
  3. Returns: Unsatisfactory items may be returned within 3 days. (Start it back 3 days after receipt). You will receive a refund of the price of the article, only.
  4. Shipping: US locations. All goods, unless otherwise noted, will be shipped at a flat fee of $20.00 to the original 48 States. Alaska and Hawaii, add $35.00
  5. Minor items, such as Trade labels are shipped free, via post in US..

2A-1. 'AM FLASK & CAPCO' 4lb (marked) leather shot pouch. Adjustable for either 1-1/8 or 1-1/4 oz of shot. Slight corrosion of brass which can be cleaned. Of great importance is that the leather is in perfect original condition. $195.00.

7A. A selection of 6 BOSTON ALMANACS spanning the period 1841 to 1855 (1841, 47, 49, 52, 53, 55). Of particular interest is the engraving depicting the "CHICKERING PIANO -FORTE MANy". This building was later to become the home of the SPENCER RIFLE Co. These books are full of engravings and advertisements related to Boston Commercial life of the era. The Commercial Directories list Gunsmiths and Gunshops. Approx. 3-3/8 in. by 5-1/2 in. 200 + pages ea. $250.00 for the six volumes.

1911 and 1911A1 Complete parts kits. No FFL Required. The following kits of parts, Items 1.19–1.23 are complete, except for the frame. These kits are collated from stocks of parts which means variations in finish from part to part. They are not disassembled guns with only the frame removed. Neverthless, all parts are correct and in VG to Excellent condition. All barrels are clean, bright and sharp Variations from these conditions are noted below in the individual descriptions. FINE ENGLISH SHOTGUNS

Because of the expense and dimensional complexity of English double barrel shotguns our normal manner of listing has been altered. A spread sheet has been prepared which lists the critical dimensions. Each photograph has been backed by several others to provide all of the salient views.
Shipping will be undertaken only to the Continental US. The fee for shipping is $200.00 per gun and is to be added to the price listed. All are C&R Eligible and those that are Pre 1898 are noted. All bores are fine and bright and all barrels are on the face and free of dents. All are in fine condition with no appreciable wear.

Red Inventory numbers are post 1898 and are for sale to FFL dealers or C&R collectors only.

1.5 Churchill “25” Short quick barrel length made famous by this maker. The name of this model was called the “Utility” and it is a self opening box lock. The name was later changed to “Hercules" Grade. This is a Best gun in every respect. The original owner is known and details from the English catalog will be provided to the purchaser. . 1.6 Westley Richards Drop lock, ejector, “Gold Name”. An early example of the W-R hand detachable locks with fully detachable floor plate. Leather case, Plain Sq. corners. small patch of leather decay to one corner. Original W-R paper label on one end with owners name. Initials CHFR stamped on case. Contents: Rod/Jag/Wool mop/Oil bottle/pr Marked Snap caps/Shell puller/turn screw/chamber brush. $8000.00

1.7 No FFL Required. Dickson Round Action, ejector. Manufactured in 1895 as a 30 inch Damascus barreled gun. It was rebarreled by the sleving process, wherein the original breech section, ribs and lumps are retained. This results in a beautiful pair of steel barrels with the desirable 28 inch length, 2-3/4 inch chambers in nitro proof. Leather case, Plain corners. Stamped J.K. Hay on lid.
Contents: Rod/Jag/Bronze brush/Steel brush/Brass oil bottle/Turn screw/pr marked snap caps. Wrist holding strap is present, but detached. $8500.00

E., Indian markings are 410 RFI 1948. Bright smooth bore in overall v.g. condition, showing no use since modification. $ 200.00

1.11 No FFL Required SN 13114 L59 A1 is the official nomenclature and markings given to a No.4 Rifle modified and inactivated for drill purposes. Guns of this type, modified under the aegis of the British Government are so extensively modified that they are “non-guns”. The receiver has been milled away behind the locking lugs.2 $250.00

1.13 FFL or C&R 7mm Mauser 98, SN 39166 Mfg. for Venezuela. Mint condition except for the usual collection of dents and bruises to the stock. Shows much original storage grease. Made during a period when exceptional care was lavished on military arms. $600.00
